We proactively engage in shaping the implementation of the German Supply Chain Duty of Care Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz, LkSG).

Through our 'Speak Up’ / Whistleblowing procedure, we empower our employees and external stakeholders to report potential violations compliance misconduct as well as alleged human rights and environmental violations confidently without fear of retaliation. This system, supported by our external provider EQS through the 'Integrity Line' portal, ensures confidentiality and protection for whistleblowers, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and ethical behavior.
